Recently, i'm not getting any power when downshifting into certain gears. It's intermittent but appears to happen most on downshifts from 3rd to 2nd in manual mode. Yesterday i dropped to second to accelerate onto a highway - the car attempts to shift down and rev match, but i get absolutely no power (if you were used to a true manual, it's like my foot never let off the clutch).

Happens when the car is warm, and typically when trying to rev match to the lower gear number above 4000rpm (but it's not a guarantee it'll happen). Happened twice yesterday and is becoming more frequent.

This seems different than the clunky 2nd gear issue i've read about (I have that too but it doesn't bother me that much, again coming from a manual).

Any insight? I really don't want a run around with the dealer and hope I can point them in the right direction. x-posted on the PL to see if i can get some help there too.
