Sedan C63 Diffuser Bumper Fitment Issues
I recently got the C63 diffuser and exhaust tips put on my C43 sedan. When the bumper was put back on, I was left with gaps like this:
Has anyone else that has done this been left with gaps like these? It looks awful. The MB certified body shop said that since the C63 diffuser has different brackets and is longer, this is as far up as it could go. The MB dealer then took a look at it and said the fitment was correct.

That's BS what they are telling you about the brackets. See my photos, I have the C63 brackets and do not have as much of a gap.
I have a feeling they didn't clip the bumper in all the way maybe.

very small gap

What exactly did you purchase in order to install this diffuser? I ask because I notice you also have the 63 exhaust tips on as well. And any chance you can detail the installation if you have already done so a link to the forum would be appreciated!

I purchased the diffuser from Mode Carbon, the OEM C63s exhaust tips and 2 brackets needed to get it
to work for the C43. These are the only parts you need that are C63 parts.

I do not have the detailed installation but I will tell you the bumper needs to come off, it's not the most straight forward swap ever
but not the worst. I didn't do it myself, my buddy who has a body shop did it, it took him a few hours to get it done.

Hopefully its not to much different or difficult a process as I have the coupe version.

Who's version of the rear valance did you purchase?
I just spoke to Mode Carbon and they say it would not fit the Coupe- I am not sure if that is the one your purchased though??

No it won't fit the coupe from what I understand, only works in the sedan as the c63 sedan and c43 sedan are the same exact size.
