Can you turn traction control 100% off on C450?

Can you turn traction control 100% off on C450?

Have a track day this week and want to be able to turn the traction control off?
My Bmw used to have a 10 second hold down to turn it completely off. Does the C450 have his ability?

So basically ( ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A ) if you use the menu interface?

Pretty sure you can get the same outcome just from holding down the TC button.

You can definitely feel traces of TC on while only hitting the button.

Going to try the above mentioned method to see if there is any difference.

This is is all that shows under settings or driveassist. Nothing mentions ESP

2016 Mercedes C450 AMG Sport

Reviving this from the dead in the hopes that someone’s figured out how to do this. I went to the track with my c450 with JB1 (map 6) and the best time I could cut was a 12.3 @ 114mph. This time had a 60’ of 1.9 cuz this damn car always pulls power back before actually letting it launch.

put it in dyno mode last night to see if I could even get the rears to break traction and absolutely no dice... I hit the brakes build up the revs to 2k and even in goddamn dyno mode it pulls back to around 16-1700 rpm and then takes off which makes for some crappy 60’ times...

ive seen some users with 450s do burnouts so I’m pretty sure it is possible just gotta figure out how to do it. So yea if anyone’s come across how to fully disable traction control on a 450 please share... I’m going back to the track in september and would like to cut some better 60’ times.

Haha so he was actually the first to cut a 1.7 60’ in my car in dyno mode.... I went with him to the track that day and gave him my car to try out along with another forum member on here.. they launch the hell out of their 43s but also ran into the same issues that I did with my car.

dyno mode feels like it’s the way to go imo but even in dyno mode it feels like it’s pulling the power back when you torque brake the car and let off the brake around 2k. I was hopin to hear from some of the other 450 members who’ve tracked their cars as to what their techniques are for cutting a quick 60’ time in this car.
