Headlight Vertical (Height) Adjustment

Hey guys,
The Adjustment screw on my right headlight is not working, when it's turned clockwise / counter-clockwise it has no effect on the light. After multiple turns it makes a click noise, as if it's not catching onto the mechanism or something.
Any idea how to fix this? Or alternatively, a way to adjust the vertical/height position through software Xentry/Vediamo? ( I have a C4 SDconnect computer)

It has to be done via DAS.
It should be in one of the same modules under head light zero point adjustment.

thank you shardul -- Once I figure out how to re-install the latest version of DAS I'll do this. Unable to find a new copy to install.
Also, should I worry that the grey screw/knob is broken on the right side?
