I'm trying to reset my service reminder light so I don't have to get a $600 oil change and I'm having trouble. Everything I've read says key in position 1, hold ok and phone button to get the menu but nothing is happening for me. Any advice anyone?

Pull out the start button and use the key in the ignition instead, the center display has to be on trip view.
