Maybe you should be more specific on what you are asking us. Start with whether you want lease or finance numbers? Or do you just want to know how much we got off MSRP? These things are helpful...

I don't know if this helps but I'm from the New England region and I got 10.5% off a 2018 c43 cabrio. After a lot of home work and dealing from dealer to another the dealership that I bought from said they'd honor that discount any build.
This forum and Edmunds purchase and lease forum was very helpful in my purchase. Just Google it and a few should come up.

$68k is loaded. I wanted some more features like driving assistance (who doesn't) but I could not get good deal on loaded car. So don't feel bad, Dealers are less willing to negotiate on loaded cars.

0.93(MSRP). Both were special orders during the 1st model year. I negotiated lower for an E class but backed out. Off the lot, I'm pretty confident I could get .90 or less. I'm not confident that I could get all the features both my wife and I want without special ordering. Our cars have nearly all the boxes ticked except CF bits and Napa leather and sport seats.
Biggest regret was upgrading to the 19'' wheels on the sedan. If I knew what I know now I'd have stuck with the 18s or bought the car with 18's and immediately upgraded to aftermarket wheels and tires.

I suggest using www.leasehackr.com and apps like RODO as reference.
