AIRMATIC Dynamic Handling Package
Can someone please explain to me does the Mercedes C43 have this as standard in its car?
Thank you.

Active body control on the other hand is a different animal. The hydraulics are wildly expensive and not very reliable.

Airmatic
Airmatic is great until the pump or one of the bags fail due to age/wear. Most airmatic setups last 80-110k miles then aftermarket companies come in to play where replacement parts are much more affordable.

airmatic can fail much earlier as soon as 60,000 mi. Figuring out what’s wrong can be difficult as I’ve seen reading pleas for help in the E class and S forums. Repair can be expensive and run into the thousands. While it’s great when it works it can be very complicated to fix. I wouldn’t have one on my car. If you want a softer ride get 18” wheels which have more sidewall.
All of my customers with older Mercedes equipped with air suspension turn to these guys: https://www.arnottindustries.com/products/mercedes-benz-air-suspension
Cost runs about $600 per corner and has a lifetime warranty, hard to beat that.

Id love a used e class with airmatic when I get older. You should post this info on s and e forums
