Where to try/rent C43 amg
Hi guys,
I'm leasing C43 amg 2019 Sedan (of course with exhaust) and should have it by end of October. I test drove C43 coupe from a local dealer here in NJ for like 20 minutes and was totally blown away with short experience. During the test drive, I was just flying it around . So I'm left with trying out the car in different modes/conditions and see how it feels. I mean I'll be leasing for 3 years so even though it has amazing reviews and I liked it very much, I'm still left with desire to test drive it more to get full satisfaction.
The issue is that I live in NJ and I got a good deal in Maryland. That's 3 hours away so even if the dealer has a car for me to demo again, going that far is just a bit too much.
What I want to do is drive for a few hours at least and best is to rent for a day so that I can experience how it feels to drive in different ways/conditions. So I was thinking if there is any place I can rent this car in NJ?????
Anyone knows or have any idea?
Much appreciated.

I’ve used Turo several times.
Only issue I’ve encountered is that the daily mileage limit can be too low.
Its easy to burn through 200 miles in a day. Especially if you take it on a scenic drive.

Funny thing about the C43 AMG, I actually bought this car without ever even driving it. Love at first sight lol.
Absolutely no regrets either.

Anyway, I then started looking other cars as well.
Honestly, I love everything C43 AMG has to offer but there a few concerns. First, my wife has C300 and C300 and C43 look very similar. 2nd, Even though its a very nice looking Sedan, I love the way audi RS 5 looks. I don't need the kind of speed RS5 has but just love the way it looks. So I went to audi to test drive it. They had S5. The car looks almost the same. When I test drove it, the exhaust sound was mehhh. Nothing compared to what C43 sounds like. S5 has great quick launch but if you just put the paddle down, it takes a while before it goes off. Its the turbo lag. I mean I think C300 has less turbo lag than S5. So the turbo lag and no exhaust is a deal breaker. Funny that even RS5 has the turbo lag and even if you get the exhaust option on RS5, it doesn't sound as good as C43 (based on youtube videos and reviews).
So if we take everything from C43 and put RS5 body on top, we'll call it my dream car. C43 has everything in terms of performance, exhaust. For me its only lacking a bit in the aggressive looks. I like RS5 aggressive look but everything else from C43.

The RS5 has some serious issues and almost ever member on the Audi Forum that owns one is really upset with the car. Spend some time reading about the RS5 and you will discover that it is a disaster. There is no way I could purchase one after discovering all the issues the car has. Buyer Beware!

I didn't drive it prior signing the agreement neither.
I don't see why I won't like this car. Physically, you can sit in a C300, the interior fitting in the same. Performance wise, you know the numbers and such. There are plenty of video and review online.
I just don't see why I wont like it.
