Not an option for the C43 and a spare tire won’t fit under the trunk cover.

Someone posted this in anther thread, give it a try let us know! Says it fits C400, C450 AMG and C43 AMG. You would still need to find the correct tire. Also remember that front and back tires are different sizes.
