C43 2018 and 2019 Radio Swap?
Does anyone have any info on whether the radio in the 2019 refresh can be installed in a 2018? Or any tips on where I could find out that information?

You're not likely to get anything as the '19 facelifts are barely trickling out the doors right now, at least in the US. There were some 3rd party Chinese displays that were modeled after the E-class displays floating around last year, but I'm not sure how well they actually work. Search the regular C-class forum.
