This is a confusing subject and AMR certainly didn't help. Just trying to push more of their product without doing extra work? Selling the same tune for the 19 even though it might require a different tune? Have no idea honestly.

Most moto journalists do write something like this "The development engineer explained that they fitted larger turbochargers and increased the peak boost pressure from 1.0 to 1.1 bar." Source Link

As to why there is a weird dip in the powerband for the 19 and it's not making more power than it is with the claimed larger turbos. The explanation might be the new particle filter mentioned multiple places? Guess we will have to wait until someone smart actually decides to do a little legwork.

To my knowledge, the US versions do not have the Particulate filter. I may be wrong. But the new C63s US versions did not get an Particulate filter till now.
