Spacers for 2019 Sedan
Yes, there are many threads about spacers and offsets, I'm aware. I'm also aware that none of them have a definitive answer to my question: I'd like to go 5mm front and 15mm rear on my 2019 C43 Sedan (with OEM 19" AMG twin 5-spokes). Are these 2 sets the correct ones to purchase? Additionally, where and what size/type of extended lugs would I need?

On my 2015 c63 I think I have the same setup 5mm and 15mm. I don't remember if the installers had to get bigger lugs. I think they did, it was the SUV ones like the GLE for example. They fit perfectly and must be radius. I found lock ones online and cheaper. The bigger the better because you can cut them if needed. These were the ones I put on my w205. Make sure its same metric and radius for your car.. I think they are 45mm shank (length of the thread)

We've found 12mm to be the perfect size, and have plenty in stock.

18's actually have a more aggressive offset than the 19's in the rear by 3mm. I would probably recommend a 10mm (a 12mm would be fine too).
The front is the same, but 12mm up front looks like this: (which is mexi flush if you ask me. I typically try to sway people towards a 5mm spacer as anything between 5-10 is iffy because you can't use the factory hub to center to the wheels.)
Here is a 5mm on my old car:
I also have pictures of 17mm on the rear to give you a better idea of what a 12 would look like (I have 19's so 17 - 3 = 14, which is 2mm more aggressive than the 12 that you are tentatively debating).

Being aggressive is what they usually want when going with spacers, no need to purchase if you don't want them

2019 C43 AMG
2019 c43 Sedan here with 19" twin spoke wheels. Going to be lowering on H&R springs. I have been searching the forum and i know 10mm and 12mm spacers does not work.. so what is is the best combo to run for a non rubbing flush fitment? Thanks!

There are certain 10-12mm spacers that don't work, for example ECS but there are others that work just fine. I plan on lowering on H&R springs, and doing 5/12 on the 19" multi-spoke wheels.

It all depends on the wheels you are using. When you guys say ECS 10mm don't work, that's if you are using them with the OEM wheels. I run ECS 10mm spacers all around and they work perfect but I have Velos Signatures S1 wheels, they would NOT work with my stock 19s.
