Factory AMG Body Options

Hi there,

I’m hoping to get a 2019 C43 sedan in the next couple of months and I’m wondering if anyone has pictures of the following factory options (MB’s website doesn’t show pics for some strange reason):

AMG side sill panels
AMG front splitter

Thanks in advance

The side sills haven't changed but I haven't seen a front splitter option yet

Here are the side sills which should fit any AMG package w205 sedan:

I have the side skirts as well. Both well worth it if you ask me. The rear I went aftermarket though.

I am not positive but from looking at the 18 and 19 front bumper they look different on the bottom to me

100% this front splitter would never bolt on the 2019. The rear flics and side skirts are unchanged. And obviously the AMG rear diffuser spoiler won't work from pre facelift either.

Be careful those pictures are from pre-facelifts versions.

The AMG exterior package or in US I see it's called "optic package" I think, in many markets you need to combine with the night package. In my order I added it.

It includes black sideskirts and a front splitter, side wings on the rear side aire vents (I suppose those are "fake") as it's combined with the night package the front chrome parts are black, as the rear exhaust and the spoiler

a video of a Wagon with it,

also here you can see a coupe from other members with the kit,

In the US it's called the AMG Performance Studio Package (which includes the "AMG optics package")and is only available on the coupe - as to not confuse things further.

OP is asking for sedan and for 2019.

The only difference between the Coupe, Sedan, Cabriolet on the AMG exterior package it's the rear spoiler, the rest it's the same.

Side skirts in black, rear side vents extensions and front splitter. One of the options it's to have parts in carbon fiber

you can go to any country configurator and see "in-situ" how it looks as a reference

regards

1. I do not see the sedan available with this package in other countries.

2. the rear flics seem to have different part numbers between coupe/cab and sedan (OP is interested in ordering these as add on parts)

3. While the pre facelift shared the same bumper between the coupe/cab and sedan I wouldn't guarantee that without doing some homework on the 2019 (potentially one of the reasons this package does not seem to be offered on the sedan from factory).

Also, the AMG Optics front spoiler is really underwhelming compared to how nice the pre facelift one was - I could never justify a potentially $1,000 price tag for that piece. It's barely indistinguishable between the standard piece (on the coupe).

From what I see in the pictures, I would agree... May not be worth the extra cost.

HI in other countries the package it's named differently, for instance in Spain, it's called "Paquete estetico AMG" and it forces you to combine it with the night package. As commented, it adds the front splitter, it's the same as coupe, sideskirts in black and rear spoiler it's in black, and rear side "flics"

In UK, it's not available the night package for instance. the internal code it's 36P and it's the same for Coupe and sedan. I've just checked it in the "price/options" catalog website (in few weeks/days, will appear the 2020 one).

regards
