PE flap angle in Comfort Mode and Exhaust Off

Those of you with PE, with Comfort Mode On and Exhaust Off, what do you recon the flap angle is from idle-4000rpm and above 4000rpm? I’m working on a controller and want to establish a baseline. I don’t think the flap is completely closed in any mode and at any rpm.

Throughout the rev range (idle to redline)? Or only at a certain range.

Working out the baseline, so Comfort Mode, and Exhaust Off - which would be the quietest setting.

In comfort it opens halfway above 4000., in sports + it opens fully above 4000 and halfway before 4000.

Got it. So to summarize, we have:
Comfort Exhaust Off, 45 degrees (Halfway) above 4000rpm.
Sport+ Exhaust On, Halfway below 4000 and Fully above 4000.

What about Comfort Exhaust Off below 4000rpm? Quarter way open maybe?

Fully closed in comfort below 4000 rpm unless you have pushed the exhaust button on comfort.

I dunno if you are aware, you already have a module for controling the valves aftermarket. its from ASR. Dunno if you knew about it so I thought I should point it out.

Is it true that "fully loaded car drives with closed exhaust valves can damage the engine"?

If so, then what about the aftermarket exhausts that only control the valves based on a simple on/off switch?

Restrictions more than OEM design will cause damage.

Let's say OEM PE exhaust but 100% closed (no half open, etc.) even at high RPMs.
