Have anyone done a transmission fluid change?

Just asking out of curiosity. Mercedes recommends changing it around 110k km. But given my driving habit, I tend to half all my service periods, as in I do everything halfway of the period recommend by Mercedes. Considering that it is almost time for do a transmission oil flush.

So if anyone has done it, it would be amazing if you could share. I already gathered all the part numbers I need except transmission fluid as I could not find any website that lists the fluid spec for this car. Still searching for that. I will list them here in a bit.

Maybe this? Directly from MB site but verify with dealer though.

Any ATF with MB 236.17 approval. There are quite a few, including Original MB, depending on your market.

Correct, this is what my dealer specified in the offer they sent me.

I changed mine at 50K, just for peace of mind.

I had it done at a shop, I didn’t see the oil. They didn’t say it was horrible or had a burnt smell. I thought I saw in my had book it is suppose to be done at 70k?

Car did feel better, I also installed a new transmission mount car feels really good while shifting! I don’t see how it can hurt to do it a bit earlier than suggested!

According to the shop, it was a big pain in the A$$! Mounts are right under the turbo, he said to take it easy because he does not want to replace those anytime soon again. Car felt SOOOOO much more responsive! I had no idea the performance was effected so much.

I assume the filter + pan was changed as well? Sorry for digging up an old thread haha. Looking to have it done tomorrow.

Bought fluids for a quick fluid flush but am considering to do the full service (torque converter + transmission + pan/filters changed).
