Sounds like a diaphragm that is trying to move but cant. Not aware of any except the the ones for the boost bypass. Have you checked that the vac line is still connected to those?
Also the area the camera is pointing is a coolant split for the intercooler and radiator, have you run low on coolant and had to top anything off, thinking air bubble stuck at a connector point.
If car is under warranty still, have you been by the service dept, could be a hidden code for a valve actuator or something that is unable to move correctly throwing a soft code.

i have check all the vacuum line, no leak, also the coolant is full. The sound is coming from somewhere on top of turbo. I make an appointment on Monday, will update later.

I drove all the performance cars in Laguna Seca on AMG Academy and for some reason, the new AMG C43 was the best sounding car to my ears. I really liked the way it sounded compared to all other cars I drove on the track.

I know what the sound is... Finally
The "honking or "whooping" noise is a bad transducer - Work Order Details: "Transducer internal diaphram is vibrating, causing the noise. Removed & replaced transducer, performed overnight test - no noise found after over-night test and tranducer swap."
