Washer fluid low?
So my wife’s car showing low washer fluid and I filled it. Still showing the light. I actually used entire gallon to see maybe there was a leak or clog. Am I missing something?!

If you take it in to the dealer, they will charge you an hour labour plus cost of new sensor.
Drain it if you can and use the generic washer. If you are in warmer climate, flush it out with warm water few time until light goes away(pray) and refill with cheap stuff

Mine always runs out because when people tailgate me they get sprayed.......it's so funny to see people get upset about some water being sprayed on their car because they're following to close LOL!!

Sometimes they get extremely butt-hurt and start raging. I had a guy freak out and he nearly wrecked trying to follow me when I pulled away from his crazy ***. There are a lot of wingnuts out there and my daily commute takes me through the middle of nowhere twice a day.

Sounds crazy! I've never had anyone go gnar on me but the visuals are always really good.....sometimes I even get the guy behind my target haha.

It's about 30 miles of rural hwy on my commute. There aren't many straight sections where you can use the opposing lane to pass. Occasionally you get stuck behind a big rig or an oversized load where the driver either missed a gear or is ***** footing it. My C450 is debadged and a total sleeper. I'll be hanging back waiting for an opening in the oncoming lane and invariably I get some amateur racer on my ***. As soon as the headlights disappear under my line of sight I hit the washers. I always make sure to put it into S+ and brap in their face when I walk away from them.
Occasionally, I'll get someone in a total POS who will floor it and try to catch me. I don't go crazy through the straights but I don't really slow much through the curves either. Just a quick brake tap to transfer the weight and then I'm accelerating to through apex. Had some genius in an older trailblazer or similar **** box who got fixated on trying to catch me to prove some point. He didn't notice that we were entering a curve labeled as 30mph at 65mph. This isn't a big deal for the C450 if she's wearing decent shoes and there's no loose gravel on the curve. However, It's well beyond the design capability of your typical mid 2000's American SUV. He panic-braked while in the curve and I watch him wobble side to side while he struggled to recover. I thought he was going to roll it and I'd have to go back and pull his stupid *** out of the wreckage.
I try to be kinder now. I'll do a rapid tap-tap-tap on the brake before entering curves at speed when I have someone following me closely. My hope is the flashing brake lights will break their target fixation enough for them to notice the curve.
I guess the real solution would be for me to stop antagonizing *******s but it's too much fun to quit now

So I drained all the old fluid, threw warm water to the top and drained that.... still shows "Check Washer Fluid". Doesn't particular say low washer fluid.

Now it has been 60s for a few days and still says "Check Washer Fluid". I drained it with hot water then put regular fluid. I guess trip to the dealer

3 full years and other than the first full tank of OEM fluid, I've used the orange RainX stuff for at least 6 refills. Zero issues through all seasons. Some other phuckery is afoot. Head to the dealer.
