I would think that because you are idling and you are not moving at all. fuel economy is effectively zero as you can spend a full tank of gas idling and you still only traveled zero miles (or kilometers)
Since the max the system can display is 30Liters per 100km fuel consumption so it just shows that .

Haven't seen that. I have the full digital dash. Once I slow down below walking speed, the eco bar (ranging from 0-30 L/100km) blanks out and instead reads in L/hr. (which is more relevant since it's otherwise dividing by zero.)
Once up to temp, idling in everything except the Sport+ setting is about 1.5 L/hr. in Sport+ it's always over 2 L/hr due to the increased idle speed.

Just checked my 2017 C43 it is the same as Sylviu22 when idling so it is normal for us pre-facelift people.
The fact that it displays Liters per hour is way more useful on the facelift.
