This is "Individual" mode. You must've switch from sport all the way to individual. With Individual you can tailor each aspect, for example, you can have the suspension on comfort but the steering on sport and the transmission in comfort. Some people maybe like comfort but prefer a stiffer steering feel. So in individual you can change each parameter. It is your individual drive mode. :-)
