just purchased a 2018 c43 a week ago and am looking for tips as to what i should have done to the car. Currently is at the shop for red calipers, blacked out emblems, grill, spoiler & diffuser. just curious of any other mods i can do to make the car sexy. next plan is powder coat rims to all black.

here are current pics, waiting to pick up my car tomorrow with all of the work done,

Prospective modifications are dependent upon what you are hoping to achieve. If you are going for aesthetics, many companies make carbon fiber parts for the c43 (front lip, side skirts, mirror caps, diffuser, spoiler, etc.). Wheel spacers and lowering springs assist in both the looks department and with handling performance. In terms of adding power, a few
companies offer flash tunes that add a good amount of power - or in the alternative, many people have had great results with the JB4 piggyback unit. From there, intakes, downpipes, meth injection, intercooler and aftermarket exhaust...

thank you for the response. i am not looking for any performance mods as ive heard that can void warranty. I just want aesthetic, however i was mostly looking just to get input on what people think would look good as im sorta lost on what else i can do. just got diffuser, spoiler, emblems, brake calipers done today. thinking black rims next and then maybe side skirts idk.

ahh door handle totally forgot that was still chrome. how does it look having the handle white with a black trim on the top? i cant really tell from your picture. and what do you mean the roof? definitely getting flics but i did change grills, used to have the diamond grill which i hated and i looked at the panamericana grill but it seems thats what everyone has so i opted for just the all black grill

Amazon Amazon

fitment isnt perfect as its not entirely flush at the top and it sorta wiggles if you grab on to it. 3m tape sticks right on the vents. drove with it from san diego to los angeles and its still on there. It serves its purpose of making that booty thick even though its not perfect.

Ahh I see. It looks perfect fitment from afar. I actually purchased one from ebay too and like yours, the top doesn't fit flush from the body line. I was in a dilemma on returning it or screw it, im installing (lol) but what I end up doing was using a heat gun to mold the top area and have it sit flush with the body lines. Fortunately, I was able to achieve this. It looked better than before. Mine is 3m as well. It does not wiggle fortunately. Quick question though, did you remove the plastic filler that was on that area or did you remove it prior to sticking it with the 3m?

unfortunately i dont have a heat gun otherwise id likely do the same. it doesnt bother me too much i can barely tell unless i get right up on it. the wiggle bothers me the most. but no i left the plastic mesh insert as i assumed thats what was needed for the 3m tape to stick to otherwise it would be just a hole with nothing to stick to

It is not a complete hole when you remove it. It has a flat area with 3 small rectangular shape holes for the clips to attach. I was debating whether to attach the 3m tape to the clips or remove the clips and attach them to the flat area. Im no expert with this but my rationale was that the 3m would likely stick better on a flat surface rather than the clips which had a pattern and not completely a flat area you know. Also, if I get tired of the flicks and decided to get rid of it, it wouldn't be a pain to clean the 3m tape from the existing clips. But whatever man, as long as it sticks and it does the job of making dat booty phat.

Oh damn i had no idea, thats probably why mine has a wiggle because it has such low surface area trying to stick to the mesh, ill have to remove it then and do what you did. Thanks!
