Latest M5 CS does it in 7.29. Which was driven by just a journalist.... The CS is insane for a 4 door sedan.

FWIW, we have a M8 Comp and had an W213 E63s. The M is the quicker car and more tunable at that but both have a high fun factor which is what matters to me. But both are porkers and too heavy to be home on the track.

Fantastic run though for a large and heavy 4 door sedan that is not stripped. Especially in less than perfect weather…
