product Teaser L.E.M Intercooler (its coming...)
we are releasing a updated intercooler for the c43 platform at an extremely competitive price. We will be 2nd on the market, but wont be 2nd on quality. CNC Aluminum, high fin rate on the core, bigger piping and the works. here is a preview of some of the top CNC tanks, as we ramp up our first batch. Save up your tax $$$
We are looking at a release date of late April, as we wrap up a couple of things on the production and supply side of things. Since we are the manufacturer and are making this for private labels across the globe, you will be getting it under our brand with no middle person. We will be offering this at a retail of $1500 (+$20shipping).
Your patience will pay off, this also includes a 50$ credit off our c43 downpipes or our Valved H-exhaust<(coming soon ) if purchased at full retail

@sliqdaddy91 throttle response and acceleration will smooth out, 10-15mph higher trap speeds, more when tuned. A happier engine especially when driving in traffic, on a un-tuned engine 10-15 hp throughout the rev range can be expected, but in all honestly tuned engines is where you'll see the higher gains.
@hc_416 PM'ed you.

You guys should look into building us a front mount heat exchanger like the one below, but possibly a taller version, for our C450's. These would sell like crazy

we are incorporating a meth port for all of you who want that option so there is a little revision to be made. Billet CNC milling takes a long time, but wanted to update the thread with pics of the unit and the bung. We will leave it aluminum colored as we prefer this aesthetic. Pics of the core will be coming soon, but we we are aiming for the most fins and rows within the allotted space.
The big question...WHEN?
ETA: Mid to end of June (we had issues with the supplier of the silicone couplers, so we had to change vendors)
also is a preview of our "Monster" downpipes, these have 3 inch primary piping, a direct v-band mount to the turbo charger , a 20 percent bigger barrel and core and end caps. there are a few members running these already. They are similar to the supersprint downpipes for the c43, but at a more attainable price. The finish on these will be a beautiful brushed satin, with a 1,200$ price for the pair including a pair of 02-spacers for CEL's and will supersede our standard Dp's. If these are purchased with our upcoming H-pipe exhaust, you will get a 100$ discount . If these are purchased with the intercooler you are eligible for a 50$ discount. ETA on The monster pipes will be around the same time as the intercooler. Remember: no smell, no nasty honda civic high pitch rasp, and a deep exotic tone
(note:prototype is MIG and TIG welded and "rough" looking, ...final product will be fully argon backpurged TIG welded)
Pre-purchases will be announced in a separate thread when the full kit is revealed.
why is there already a revision to the dp’s? Were they not just recently released?

They will be 1150 for with purchase of the intercooler w/ larger chargepipes (charge cooler)
and 1100 if purchased with our H-pipe exhaust.
Here you can see 3 variants of the colors. Our middle east partner will be getting the black version while we will be selling the raw aluminum colored one.
Also the stack of "naked intercoolers" with the top and bottom tanks attached and the exposed cores. (sorry for the compressed pics as we had to scale them down because they were huge)
we benchmarked the only other intercooler on the market and increased the density of rows and fins compared to the competition within the same square box core.
1500$ gets you the larger chargepipes (not pictured) all hardware, the core itself with WMI bung and all the mounting hardware. The purchase also includes 50$ off our downpipes when bundled with the intercooler or 100$ off our (World first!) AMG PE inspired H-crossover exhaust (True dual exhaust with a H-cross over toward the back)

Its terms of the design, yes indeed it does represent the same shape and there is a very specific reason to this. There are only so many ways you can design the box and core shape to fit into the small available area and maximize every nook and crannie and millimeter. If you look at the S55 intercoolers for the bmw this is the same case, there are just so many ways one can design something as you have to work within the allotted space. The ribbing on the plates are similar (the center square on ours in longer though), this was milled out to save weight from the original thick gauge square, hence the cross hatch design works the best.
The top and end tanks although not seen easily in the pics has slightly more volume than the WG unit.
