I am coming from a 2007 Lexus IS350 that is still my daily driver. I found a really good deal on Vroom for a '17 Luner Blue C43. $37,900 30,100k miles. It's obviously risky to buy a car Site on scene but after doing a lot of review,I pulled the trigger. Vroom claims to be a transparent internet car dealership that delivers to your house. They provide all pictures of any body flaws. won't get into the hassle it was to finally receive my car 30+ days later when the car finally showed up..
When car finally showed up I wasn't too impressed with the body. It was listed with only one paint flaw which was A small chip on the hood. There were many more chips the same size or bigger that were not listed. The body was covered in swirl marks from Automated car washes. This is OK as I planned to do paint correction, ceramic coating, along with clear bra.
However the front bumper is too destroyed To go with paint correction and clear bra route. I have decided I'm going to vinyl wrap the car. I will post pics of the wraps im considering Along with the wheels I'm considering And would like feedback. Also I purchased a Draggy Performance unit along with A JB4.

Also that Draggy is dead on! Here is a 1/4 mile pass compared to a Drag strip. This was driving my 2007 Lexus is350.. This is my is350. I haven't tested my C43 yet while break boosting. But launching from an idol Was the exact same 0 to 60. 6:03 Keep in mind I'm in high elevation in Utah. I will test quarter mile this weekend. Before & After Jb4 These are the wheels i want

I wasn't brave enough, but KPMF matte purple/black iridescent is an incredible colour as well.

also why did it take 30 days to get a car delivered that you purchased online without seeing? is that the standard process??
So standard process is once you purchase the vehicle. It takes 10 to 14 days to be delivered. It took them a week to send out all the documentation after I purchased. And the title had the wrong city listed. A week later they sent out the new documents and the city was still wrong On all the paperwork. Every time I called I had a different person helping me. It was a joke.

Have you tried contacting Vroom to see if they would give you some money back for paint correction and to the paint chips that were not disclosed to you? I know Carvana is pretty good with these things. Also, Carvana has a 7 days money back no matter what. I don't know if Vroom has something similar. Just remember that there are other C43 out there so if there are too many flaws and you're feeling like you have to do too much to have the car you want, then contact them as soon as possible and try to get a refund or some money back for your time and money spent to fix all these things.
Yes I've contacted them about it. No word back. Not surprised.
When looking for the C43 my biggest concern was low miles over anything. small paint flaws that can always be corrected later.
Altitude kills performance for sure. For best 0-60 and 1/4 results, I suggest using Individual mode with suspension set to Comfort and everything set to Sports+.

yes I imagine with the JB4 it will be about as quick as a stock one at sea level lol. I will try the Individual mode. Does the comfort setting softened the suspension?

I'm not sure that I feel any difference in terms of suspension when I change from Comfort to Sport to Sport+. What I do notice is the steering weight changing and MAYBE the steering turning ratio, but that's so minor I'm not sure.
So just ran a 4.5 0-60. Before I was just launching at 2k rpms. I didn't know you could build boost without without anti lag tune. So this time I Break boost for 3 full seconds. Then ran 4.5 0-60 12.8 1/4 mile. Let's see what the jb4 can bring it down too.

I have the opposite feeling. In my PFL coupe, the difference between comfort and sport+ suspension is dramatic. Also, the steering setting is separate and distinct from the suspension setting in Individual mode (only suspension is to be set to comfort for optimal drag race performance).
