Wondering if this size all around would be fine as winter tires? Found a cheap deal on some toyo observe gsi-6.

I'm running 235/55/19 on my GLC 43 for winter with no issue fyi. Not sure how much different the C43 wheel/tire setups would be in the winter for you...
