Tire Size Options for C43 Sedan

I've seen a few people increase tire size, going up to 235 in the front and 265 in the rear on stock 19" multi-spoke wheels. Was at the tire shop yesterday and the size recommended by the tech for my new wheels with an 8.5" width is 245/35 front and 275/30 rear. Does anyone have any experience with these tire sizes?

depending on wheel width, 235/40/19 and 265/35/19, 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, or 255/35/19 and 285/30/19

also see fitment guide above. good guy wrote it

the larger tire sizes may physically fit, but do the revs/miler match the OEM tires? If not, what effect will the changing revs/mile have on the sensors and the 4matic diffs?

There are online tire calculators that you can use before deciding what wheel and tire package you want to use. Generally, it’s recommended not to exceed a 3% difference f/r and from OEM. The 18” and 19” OEM wheel and tire options have a difference of less than 1.5% dia. The 255/35 19, and 295/30 19 upgrades I did even have less than that difference in diameter. For as long as you stay within the tolerance parameters, you should be ok and all sensors should still function properly.
Although I have heard stories of cops pulling drivers over for doing 66 on a 65, unfortunately, when you’re faced with an a$$h0le like that, I don’t think any kind of tire setup/combination will help you.
