Renntech EVM not working
I recently purchased a Renntech EVM FOR MY 2021 C43, and while it seemed to open the exhaust valves the fobs would not work to control them between full open to return to stock mode or closed. Renntech is going to send out a replacement, but wondering if anyone else has had problems with this module?

2015 mercedes s63 AMG
Hi my s63 came with a renntech evm but didn't have the remote from renntech so I bought one fast forward I tried to pair the remote to the motherbord to get the remote to open the valves but my motherbord seems to not work thare is no light that pops up on mother bord. So i tried lifted the car and checked the cables everything seems good but dont know what my problem is. Has anyone ever had this problem and can a mother bord be fixed because renntech wants $500 for a new mother bord too much! Also dose it relly make a diffrence in the sound. Can anyone tell me how i might fix the unit i dont want to buy a new one

they gave me some instructions that were in black and white pictures that was really not that good then they told me to push a button on the motherboard it would turn blue and then you push the remote and it pairs together. but the motherboard would never light up and the light on the remote lights up but the evm does nothing. I jack the car up to look and see if everything was plugged into the actuators right and it seems all good I don't think the systems are very hard one. I think I have a bad motherboard and I don't know if I should unplug the whole system and retry it. I'm new to all this Mercedes stuff it's my first Mercedes but I would really like to use it and not buy another one lol

OK, I will try that. Is there anyway I can put like a voltage meter on it anywhere to see if it power. Would it be a good place to put the voltage meter? If so, where the wires meet the motherboard?

That is a good question, I am not exactly sure, any chance RENNTech can help answer that question? You may also ask ASR from Germany, they are the original company that made these.
