Correct Sizing for flush fitment
If you were to run a squared setup, you would lose a lot of grip in the rear during acceleration on turns or wet conditions, but it might help with some understeer.
The fronts will be pretty perfect in terms of flush but the rear would stick out about 5mm more than what people are typically running on stock wheels. (You would be sticking out 17mm over stock, 17 - 12 = 5mm over).
