I mean... personally I hand wash my car every weekend.. takes about 2-3 hours.. but i would say as long as it touchless i would say its safe..

well I did it !!! No leaks in the car that I could see. When I got home I raised the roof partially and checked again, and couldn't see any water. So bottom line, the roof is sealed pretty tightly to the car.
