Passenger side power seats and memory do not work.
lumbar works just fine. What can it be?
randomly stopped working I have checked the fuse box on the passenger side from what I can tell and tested everything is working. This is a 2017 C43 AMG.
the heated and cool seats button turn on but don’t stay on for more than 5 seconds.

Scan for codes. If you are lucky, you just need to recalibrate the seat functions. It can be done with a Mercedes-specific scanner, like LAUNCH Creader Elite BENZ. If that doesn't work, then it's a trip to the dealer, which is where mine is now.
