Hello everyone, I could use your advice on an issue I've encountered. Last month, I began leasing a new 2023 AMG C43 coupe from a local dealership, but it's been problematic due to various quality issues. For instance, the engine splash cover isn't sealed properly, leading to noise while driving, the dashboard has pixel failure, and there's a loose skirt panel that the dealership says cannot be fixed. However, what concerned me most is what happened last week. Since the first day, the keyless entry function on the passenger side door hasn't worked. Initially, I thought it was a settings issue, but a friend who previous owned a C43 suggested it might be a malfunction and recommended getting it checked. So I went for a different dealership for the inspection, they informed me two days later of multiple issues with the passenger door, as shown in the picture here (https://imgur.com/a/PdakBYd). This situation leads me to wonder if the car suffered damage during transport that wasn't disclosed by the dealer. If that's the case, what options do I have? Also, the whole car is PPF'ed(I know it is a stupid choice on a leased car), if anything, can I ask for compensation for the PPF? Thank you in advance.
