Weistec Intake System

Weistec just released their new design for M276 Intake System, they look great and looks to have a decent amount of power gains. They are much more expensive than MST/Burger Motorsports/CTS, just curious if anyone has thought about purchasing a set of weistec's? I'm currently running stock intake since the aftermarket ones aren't significantly different but Weistec's design looks a lot better than the rest.

If I didn't already have the Modal Works v2 I would be all over that intake.

I was looking at those too but I decided to wait and see if other companies have new designs. I'd like to see a comparison between Modalworks and Weistec though since they are about the same price. And I'm hope you don't have to cut part of the engine cover to fit the weistec intake vs Modalworks.

For the dyno graphs, I couldn't find any statement as to whether they were for a stock engine or an engine that was modified (and how it was modified, remapped, etc.).

I have the logos engineering intake and love it. Simple short design and high quality

Certainly on a tuned car, which is where you will see gains with an intake. Super cool companies are finally coming out with stuff for an engine that is 9+ years old. For the going price of a c450 or a 2017 c43, $1,600 plus tax and shipping represents a large % of that car’s value…

Pricey, but looks nice and beefy, and appears to be cold air. With a 20% coupon, maybe…

This or a slick, fully carbon fiber option from another reputable intake manufacturer (MW)...

Tbh, I'm going with Logos out of both options!

Please do! As I would like to upgrade from stock intakes eventually, I'd also hope Weistec or Zac Motorsports doesnt require you to cut the engine cover, Modalworks is the only one I know of that you need to cut the cover to fit their design.

I'm quite green to Mercedes + Modding worlds, but my two cents is the Logos intake seems like the only one that will make a noticeable difference. I don't know, maybe I'm too new and it's just different from all the rest and that's why I like it. But based on the principle, it's a front mounted intake while all the rest are mounted in the same location as stock. That alone seems like a huge plus to me, no? Again, I'm new, so maybe someone else with more experience can chip in about actual difference between front and rear mounted intakes. But it seems like the other companies would benefit more by making it a front mounted design right?
