Side Mirror Whistling

Does anyone else get serious whistling from the passenger side mirror? Really super annoying with the windows down to listen to it. I know there are some weird aftermarket fixes, little fin type things to try and mitigate this but is there a "factory fix" that can solve this problem? '17 C43 Sedan.

It does whistle but not at the extent you are describing, it is not even that noticeable compared to the GLE my friend had. What speed does this happen at, mines also 2017.

I'd sayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, anything over 25mph and is solely on the passenger side. I wonder if there's a gap in the mirror cover or something causing this. I just haven't gotten a magnifying glass out to look.

Hmmm, that is strange indeed. Confirmed no damage to the plastic housing right including the turn signal portion?

No damage that I ever noticed but now I have to bail on this meeting and go check.

The only thing of any consequence whatsoever was the clear turn signal cover was not fully seated however it probably moved about 1mm to fully seat. Could that cause it, maybe. Do I think that was the cause, no. We'll see next time I go out if it whistles but its 100deg here today and having the windows down will not be top priority.

Hmmm that indeed could be enough to cause it, I just checked both my mirrors and both sides fully seated. Hopefully reseating the housing will solve your issue.
