I did my transmission service at 83,000k km's on my 2019 C43 Sedan but I didn't notice much difference in the shifting. Perhaps mine wasn't that bad to begin with? It still has that occasional jerky shift.

Only really 1st or 1st->2nd had much jerk to it. I would say overall it has smoothed out more, especially on the downshift using manual mode, but occasionally there a slight jerkiness is present.

I agree it's mainly in 1st and 2nd gear. But now I have a peace of mind that the service is done. I have not done anything to my differential however.

So after 1 week+, the lower gear changes are noticeably smoother.

OP, I forgot to ask and I am not sure if you mentioned it or other forum members mentioned it, but did you drain the torque converter?
