Just did an oil change on a c450amg as per the A service schedule...reset via workshop menu and now have a "BT Service due in 365 days" message in the assyst plus screen? The 365 days makes sense but have never seen the BT...thoughts anyone?

Somebody just had this recently. Dealership told him it's a bug and the T should be a number. Depending on what else is due during the B service, it'll be a B0, B1 etc. I can't find the thread anymore. But here's an older thread about it where the dealership said it's a B service and the T indicates the transmission is due at the same time. Not sure which one is right. I've never seen the BT myself, even when the transmission was due at the same time.

Thanks! Its so odd, Ive done countless oil changes on this car as well as my wife's GLE and have never seen this code. Thinking maybe ill give it a few days and then reset it again to see what comes up and then just make a note of what service is due next year this time instead of relying on the reminder.

A bug in the service indicator software -- really makes you want to flip that Drive Pilot switch on to Level 3/full throttle, doesn't it?

Lol...it so frustrating some of the quirks with this car. Dont even get me started with cam position sensor and cam solenoid magnets leaking oil into the harnesses..nutz!
