2 C63's "Spotted" in Houston
#26
I lived in Houston, but now live in Corpus Christi, 200 miles South.
Corpus has been a "test" area for Chrysler and MB for a few years. They have a warehouse South of town and occasionally you'll see a Chrysler or MB masked up getting gas, or on a backroad somewhere. They always have Mfgr plates. I've come across 2 McLarens among others that are being tested last year. I would also see Dodge Trucks being tested pulling big trailers with Plexiglass "walls" extending 4-5ft over the top of the truck (I guess simulating a full load?).
I've taken a few pics before while I've been out. I haven't seen anything masked up in a while.
I know Houston is just a hot/warm in Fall as Corpus is. It was 87+ this past week, and it dropped to 40's within 24 hours.
I guess the extreme temps (and especially the humidity...82% as of this writing) are a good place to test these vehicles.
