BMW 330i - C63 on order.
Fitting wider AMG alloys to C63.
I've specified the optional 19" multispoke alloys for my car. However I prefer some of the other AMG 19" designs, especially the alloys fitted to the new SL63. The C63 wheels are 8.0J front and 9.0J rear with 235 and 255 section tyres. Would there be problems fitting 8.5J and 9.5J wheels with 255 and 285 section tyres to the C63 in terms of actually fitting them and also in steering, handling and so on?

Although I don't know for sure because the cars aren't released here yet, but if it's anything like the other W203's the SL63 wheels and tires won't fit. You can fit 19" wheels with 8.5 and 9.5 widths, but the offsets are different on the W204. The tire sizes are all wrong, too tall and too wide.
