The lip looks similar to the Arkym piece, but looks like something different....i like it!

did some research, I believe it's by a Japanese company called Kohlenstoff Tuning. Can't seem to find a website for it though.

Fenders seem a little too "round", or "bubbly"

Dont know whats going on with the rear. Maybe its just the ground it's sitting on.
