I think that 507 used to be black and that it's a wrap. Anyone recall the ModeCarbon "sponsored" car out of Houston? The one that was pure black. And all the first pics of 507's coming out........it was sexy as hell.
(What I also want to know is what in the hell is that emblem sitting right before the AMG????????? If it's a black, which it shouldn't be, should be flushed up against the 'A'.)
I asked myself the same question! By the way I remember that car in black. I think the owner didn't want to lower it at the time. Looks like it is now

Hahaha so true. I have everything unwrapped and ready to install. The parts have just sitting in my storage room. Everything was supposed to go on when I put my summer tires back on a few weeks ago but the day I had them put on, it snowed. After that I had to travel a bit.
This will be the week though. Car's clean, weather is perfect.
Just put these carbon paddles on from VFR Tuning, they look pretty good. Going to go well with the carbon piece in the center to replace the silver I just ordered. (ignore the water on the wheel from the rain outside)

There's actually 2 mode carbon sponsored 507's in Houston, that I know of. Not sure what color this 507 was before.. The other one used to be all black, now it's matte black with lime green calipers.
If I remember right, the badge next to the AMG read "507 edition" you could kinda tell it didnt belong there lol. beautiful cars non the less

@solekeeper - lol I know. I'm looking forward to them too as they will mean I've stopped slacking. Installation is in fact imminent. While I had some extra time, I got my Wavetrac LSD ordered.

It is unique...but it just doesn't flow together. It may be the hard edges. I understand the need for something that stands out, something more like this (minus the McClaren).
