discounting?

what kind of numbers are people getting? I'm getting the typical line of no way we are discounting such a hot car to covering gas guzzler which seems significant at 2100, but then again the car market is complete crap right now, and i'd imagine in a few months it would be no problem to get 2100 of at any dealer.

Everyone I know is paying MSRP or even slightly over because "in a few months" isn't now

I havent seen anyone pay over yet. Every dealer i've talked to has said MSRP, but that is before any negotation or any check books whipped out.

I'm confused if this is the case for you because at the lease rates you are quoting in your other threads the dealer is not contributing a capitalized cost reduction.
