Front plate assembly

Hey does anybody know if there are any plugs available for the screw holes holding the front plate assembly, once it's removed? Thanks in advance!

RE: Bumper Plugs

Try Bumperplugs.com.

Their stuff is a little expensive, but quality is very good.

I think it will be hard to plug the holes. On my E55, when I removed the holder there were 4 knarled screw holes that were large and unsightly. Plugging them would look just as bad imo. The plate for the c63 is the same, that is why I specified before delivery NO front plate. You are better off having the holes filled and repainted.

I told my dealer the same thing and they didn't put it on. I will never put that front license plate on the car. It messes up the whole lines of the car.

You guys were right, nasty, narly screw holes. Looks like shight. But, it still looks better than that ugly assembly hanging of the front of the car with no plate.

I could put some kind of fake plate there? I think merc sells a chrome one with the star in the center, but I'm not sure what that would look like?

It wasn't the my dealership that put it on, they automatically do them somewhere else. Unfortunately it's my bad, I forgot to mention it, and by the time I did, it was to late. I'll fix it down the road. I guess I'll just have to live with it for the time being.

It's not required for where the car is registered

I had bumper plugs on my IS300. Here are some pictures:

You can obviously see the plugs but at least the front plate isn't there and there aren't big holes.

09 C63 (Coming Soon)
Told the dealer not to put a front license plate frame on the car. Drilling holes in C63 bumper is not legit.
