Depending on if the road you were on was on a decline and if you had the wind in your direction, the 158 makes sense. It should be limited at right around 155 but the conditions always allow for an extra +-5mph. There are also some cases of certain cars going 170 or so that should be limited at 155.

Wow dude, did you really misspell Miles Per Hour???
I'm in shock.
Stop speeding bro, we've established that you're more of a danger on the roads to yourself than anyone else. You're going to be the next airstrip boy in a tree.

Seriously dude, you already got a freebie by not spending a night in jail, which I assumed you've never been so you just keep going and going. Why keep doing this stupid ***** on public roads. You don't seem to be financially challenged, why don't just take it to the track!?... you'll see your car has more cojones than you can handle.

We all know that is BS and your not impressing anyone by posting you drove 158mph down a public road. In case you haven't figured it out, you will simple draw the wrath of those who care about their family members who share the same public roads as ignorant a**holes like you who obviously dont have a clue about they car they drive much less know how to drive them safely at high speeds. And don't even come come back with another BS story that you were on a deserted airport freeway... grrrrr

Come on bro... what equipment did you have installed to accurately measure your true speed and determine your speedo is off by 1mph?

Also, pure speed is not dangerous as long as the conditions can accomodate it (including driver skill).

I love how people seem to make such a big issue about telling others what they can and cannot do. The particularly appealing logic that has arisen in this thread is that, "well if you can't spell 'mph', you shouldn't speed. Period". Whilst I may not know the driving history of the original poster, I am usually careful to avoid imposing my ethics and rules upon others.
Speeding has apparently become the new 'evil'; restricted to only those who think they are the best drivers on the road, whereas others are just accidents waiting to happen to innocent, ordinary families. Do we see these people who are quick to condemn speeding, going out and buying normal passenger cars, with slightly less than 500hp? Heck no. Why? It's because 'we' are better drivers who know how to drive fast on public roads!
The absolute irony is that those that are quick to hit on this guy have some of the following cars: M5; Z06, C32 Renntech edition; M3; 400hp+C55's and other fellow C63 drivers. All cars that are easily capable of getting you on the wrong side of 200mph. To think, this new speeding prohibition started recently when some people with E63's and M5's ended up crashing whilst racing on public roads. Fast cars and accidents will always happen (until we get government-imposed limiters), just make sure 'you' don't tell me how to drive my car.

scm319 already called that you were going to say that, and you did. Unless you can tell us exactly what airport it was, you're going in the poser bin.
I already knew you were full of it when you said you beat 3 E63's, which is inherently not possible at all. Minimal weight difference with a 50hp advantage means the E63 wins stock for stock.
