Already at the port? Didn't know they had landed. Which port do they come in to? I guess some place on the east coast? The east coast dealerships will probably be showing some 2009's any day now. West coast sometime next week.

I spoke to my dealer again yesterday and they still claim the MB is not going to release them until the official lunch date was is supposed to be Aug 1st. I hope this is not true. My car was built last week and will be delivered to the states the 3rd week in July. Waiting 1 week would not be to bad but if your car is already here that would suck to have to wait a whole month. I would be smokin

I do not want a debate or argument here, as frankly I don't care. Sorry for the disclaimer, but Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Wexford PA has already sold a 09, what I will call gun metal grey to one lucky Doctor here in Pittsburgh. I saw the car, Sat in the car, but alas the sticker had already been removed. After talking with Josh, the salesmen, he informed me sadly that it did not have the PP option. This was about 2 weeks ago. Again, believe it or not, I don't care as I have already been called a liar on this once and will not responsd to BS. Call them if you like. I am simply posting this as a FYI.

I went back and checked your last post on another thread that was on May 31st and you claimed that they had the 09's sitting at that dealer already back in May. That must be a super special dealer to have the 09's instock last month when everyone is saying that the first 09's just hit shore this week. I am not saying that I don't believe you but that must be a special dealer to have cars a month ahead of everyone else. I have not even seen anyone post the 09 pricing yet.

'09 pricing has not yet been released. Irrespective of what the dealer said, the car they sold was an '08. I purposely cancelled my '08 slot to gain an '09. The delay in getting the car is 4 weeks. My car was built last friday and my 20th May slot was for an '08 which would have been delivered last week. Obviously impossible for a car delivered one week earlier than that and with '09 pricing yet to be released to have been an '09. The delear was talking BS.
