I say that because a couple guys got ripped off 2200.00 a piece and a bunch of MB members got together and found out everything about the scammers and they ended up getting their money back. Take a look in the w211 forums.

i just got SANFORD CAMP on the phone....that is the guy who lives in FL

he mentioned that he only talks to his son DAVID CAMP once every two weeks or so, and dosnt know where he currently is

he did seem shocked a little that i had someone come to his doorstep this morning

i told him to get the message to his son that ppl will continue to come to his door step, and his sons doorstep untill i get my loot

anyways, we'll see what happens

Think about the bigger picture.

Get a judgment in a court that will stop these people from defrauding other people.

m looking into that too

but its a looong and tedious process

and if i get a judgement against them, and get back my money

theyll just open a new corp with a new name, and do it all over again

JFC, when we say "think about the bigger picture" do you think we're talking about just getting your 1k back?

Get them for fraud or some other criminal conviction - stop them from doing this all over again.

i dunno what JFC means

and obviously i want to prevent them from doing this

but it looks like aside from force, only way to get my money back is small claims court

if i do that and win, i doubt that will stop future instances

i am however persuing legal matters for fraud

i spoke to the sherrif in palm beach county

he said i had to go thru law enforcement in NY
and then NY will contact them, and go from there

i just need to physically locate this pr*ck

im telling you, if he came home, and i was sitting on his stoop waiting for him, he would cough up the money VERY FAST

only real way to prevent him from being a schemer is to find him, and break his head.....outside of that, good luck

i am trying tho

wow this guy is toooo shady...

so a couple of days ago i did a reverse phone search , where you look up an address if you have the #

and i searched this guys cell phone #

the cell phone is registered to a frederick hein...

i got their address and what not

so, i got the home #, to that address, and i just called and spoke to mrs hein, an elderly women

unless shes lying (which is possible but doubtfull) she told me she has NO IDEA who this guy is, and has NO IDEA how his cell phone # is connected to her address

weird

so i called back the father who resides in florida
(he told me earlier that his son just used his home address to form the corp)

and the father told me that hes never heard of the heins either

in anycase, the father told me not to beat a dead horse
(i ripped him for telling me that!!!)

he seemed nice tho, and told me that he is working on it, and trying to get in touch with him, and get him to return my money

apparently, when someone knocks on there door that sends soome kind of message

PLEASE, don't take this the wrong way, But>>>>

If I had ripped someone for $1000 (Hell, thats a cheap dinner at Mortons) and had all his personal information re the contract, then this guy started hassling my Father over it. Well I would screw him over but good. Family is Family. Careful where you tread....you may become the target....again

he has NONE of my personal info

just my name, cell phone, and email, that is all

i do however appreciate the heads up.....but at this point it would be in my best interest to have him find me

anyways....for all of us who have or are getting the AMG
1000 bucks isnt alot

its less than a months payment

but its the principle of the matter

and i am exploring every avenue i can to get my money back

Just out of curiosity... why didn't you go thru "russian connections" to get the car? There are plenty of russians that are in the leasing business in NY and NJ that could probably get you this car with the same terms. That's who I use when I need to lease a new car.
Anyway, good luck with your quest. Being the "crazy russian" my self, I know exactly how you feel. When you find him, and I'm sure you will , otorvi emu jaitsa.

LOL

where are you from bro??
oh, and privet

the reason i didnt go thru any of the local leasing companies is beacause they gave me a slightly worse deal then the dealer i ordered the car from
(ray catena, not this con artist)

the guy at ray catena, beet everyones lease price

the only one who had much much better terms was this c*ck sucker
and obviously , they where too good to be true

Quote: unfortunately it was cash!

DIRECT LEASE AMERICA has a corporate account at commerce back.

he gave me his account info and i went to the bank and deposited the money into his account

obviously not as good as a credit card, but i do have a bank receipt stating i deposited money with hi co.

and a receipt from him that he recieved it

its been about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks that ive been getting the run around
What the hell were you thinking!!! Depositing money into his account?
Who deposits money into someone's account? Thats no way to do bussiness.
This sound like a scam from the begining. Deal with a real dealer and dont get cought up in best price or lowest payment crap. If the payments are too high and you cant afford it dont buy it. You have to realize that everyone is in it to make a profit, profit is not a dirty word. How can they give you something that a Benz store cant even be close too? And its a BENZ!!

Sorry if I sounds rude.... but What the hell were you thinking!!
Not sayin dont try to save some money but you have to know when its time to stop pushing for more discount and give someone the business cus they did a great job!
