are the seats still leather if you dont get the AMG package???

If your question is are the seats the same (shape and size) if you do not get the leather option, then yes. There is no non-AMG C63 model. Leather or not it is still an AMG auto.

Seats are MB Tex with Cloth insert and no power seats.
