C63 AMG discount price quote?

hi guys,

I am interested in purchasing the 2009 C63 amg. I am from Philadelphia/delaware area. I am wording, if people are getting any discounts on this car. And also, if someone can recommend the dealership for a possible purchase in Philadelphia area.

I can't imagine that you're going to get a discount on these babies yet. My thought is that sticker is what you can get--but those that have purchased can give a better sense.

As far as Philly dealers, MB of Cherry Hill had a C63 on the lot last week. It was White with Sahara interior.

I get my car serviced at MB of Cherry Hill and as dealerships go, I can't complain. Never done business at MB of Devon, so can't really comment on them.

Good luck with your search.

good luck with that. Hard enough getting one at sticker, I don't think I'd hold out and try to get a few bucks off, you may not get one.

not ALOT below, but below MSRP none the less

dilsere2, I got mine fully loaded at about 1,500 below sticker. My best suggestion would be to look at as many dealerships as possible and go for the one giving you a better deal than the rest. By doing so you might even have a chance to negotiate the price bit lower. Be careful with the financing rates that they give you, if you plan on financing because they like to mess around with those numbers aswell and they can be very sneaky about it. I speak from pure research and experience!

If you plan to buy from a Cali dealer then I can have you speak with a good one who will work with you but that would be a tad far from Philly lol.

$1500.00, that sounds like a stretch. They must has fixed you up with the "special dealer package". The undercoating, paint sealant, door edge guards, ect.

dealers have offered to waive the gas guzzler which is 2100, but overall seems that they dont like to budge much.

Dealers in the US still do not have 2009 pricing avaialble so how can one even suggest you are below MSRP when no one in the US knows what MSRP is yet?
I have my C63 ready to ship but dealer can't even tell me what the price is yet.... hhhhmmmmm!!!!

There are plenty 08's on lots right now. I've been quoted MSRP for all the dealers i've talked to, but i'm sure they would take some off once I take out my check book. I'm thinking the 08's will be an even deeper discount in about 2-3 weeks once 09's are on the lots. I've been trying to hold out for an 09.

Is the gas guzzler discount typical? That's real savings.

Mine is an 08 and FYI most dealers here in Cali know the prices for the 09 now. Not sure though on the whole 08 Vs. 09 but I would imagine that you would be able to get a better deal with the 08s since the 09s are around the corner.

@shaker & bizguy4u - Before bashing me for no reason give some real advice! I am trying to help the guy out. Shaker, it looks like the dealers are just giving you a hard time. They are probablly tryna figure out how much to sell it to you for to make the most amount of $$$ lol. I got a quote with Keyes European Mercedes - 866-503-8124 today and the guy told me the 2009 C63 AMG is marked for $69 grand. You can call them yourself to be sure!

When will the hate end? JEEEZ!

you mention the price for 2009 model was $69k, do you happened to know which option they had on the car? And also, can some of you folks let me know what sort of lease quote you have been receiving?

No bashing or hate intended.... but 2009 price lists were not avaialble in the MBUSA system as of yesterday... the dealer is cool and will not make a penny over mark-up so am confident I will have some wiggle room depending if I buy or lease. LOL!!
BTW $69 grand with what options is the question i would have, i am assuming you are quoting a fully loaded no options left out for $69K correct? Most dealers feel confident that 2009 pricing will be no higher than 1-3% over 2008 if anything at all.

Shaker to be honest I called them just to ask for you because I have an 08 C63 already. I know how how much work and time it takes to get a good deal so I called them up and asked "How much are you guys asking for an 09 C63 Amg?" They replied, "The 09 C63 is marked at $69 grand." I said "Sixty Nine Thousand, Correct?" He said, "Yes." I told him "Thank you & have a nice day."

I forgot to ask em about it being fully loaded but if you want to know more, just call. They are one of the high price mercedes dealers near me so w/e they tell you, you will get a better deal somewhere else.

I wish you All The Best & if you wanna buy from the Los Angeles then contact me and I will do my best to put you in contact with the best people to help you out!

MB financial money factors (interest rate) on leases are really high. You may want to check www.leasecompare.com just for comparison (you can get a quote online with no personal data entered). My dealer said they can go through US Bank or other banks to get the best rate. Residuals are also important depending on what you want to do at the end of the lease. If you know you are going to turn it in, then a high residual is good because you are financing less money. If you think you may own it at some point or sell it then you want a low residual. MB financial residuals tend to higher than most banks but their interest rates are also higher. Also, a 2009 will have better rates and better residuals than a 2008 in most cases.

Hope that helps...

thats a bit high

I'm estimating 1200-1250 for 3 years
so a bit high but not rape

If you're looking to spend 1500

I can get a deal for a fully fully loaded M6 for 1550 plus tax for 2 years
thats is suuuuuch a sick deal, but 1550 is a liitle more than I wanna pay

Cincidering the fact that all maintanebce is free on a bmw, it makes it a super deal

does the estimate of 1200-1250 includes all the fees and tax tag & title? And also, i am not putting anything down. the quote i listed was for ZERO down with all the includes...

by the way dealer call me again...and asked if i want to hold the car..i'm like i let you know. This time around I asked him the money factor and he mention it was 4.5, not sure if he means 0.0045 or ?? anyway the price was for 2008 model. i am going to wait 2 more weeks until the price for 2009 comes out...
