Kleemann ECU tune will get you 65hp on a C63. Add a VRP CF Airbox for another 15 and your at 531hp for $3500. GREAT bang for your buck by 2 GREAT Tuners!!!

Not sure about the loosing power thing, but I for one would not want loud corrosives hot exhaust gas expelling under the car. Over time clean burning or not you get black soot under the car that can be hard to clean. Also as I said the gas is corrosive to the metal undercarriage. It it were my car I would like to keep some semblance of a performance sedan as it was intended from the factory. But hey, to each his own.

I got it, call Summit and get a universal side pipe kit for it. Nothing says bad *** like a set of loud side pipes.

This is the picture of the center pipes, and the mufflers removed. They are doing the pipes that will substitute the mufflers. I don't care about loosing horse power, I did a ECU Remap to 540 HP and I have ordered the airbox whit air filters from VRP, and will change the headers soon. And if something gets wrong, I will put the original back or buy a new exhaust system.

Without mufflers it will be way too loud.
In my experience AMG mufflers make the most HP per dB.
I would suggest opening them up and pulling out fiberglass packing.
I have done many cars this way and the result is more aggressive exhaust at WOT, but not in every day driving.
