Yeah, it just got built. When I ordered it I requested a september build date for 6 October pickup. The dealership is paying the difference in prices for the changes for 2009 since they gave me a contract with 2008 info before they got everything! pretty money!

That means you should be getting it with the new mirror's I like them, they do look good and it helps the "complete" picture....

That 61K may be bs, but I did see a 2009 C63 with 927 miles on it for 65K with the performance package. Not bad?

NO BS
haha you can all say what you want, my family has a great relationship with my dealership for over 20 years buying over 15 cars from them. The owner pretty much gave me almost every option for free. I obviously had a little help from certain people... however, when all was said and done I paid 61k dont hate.

BTW I got white on black and my car is an 09, I will post pics when im back in miami, im currently in ny for business. Dealers will go much lower than you think, they are dying to get some of these cars off their inventory bc everything that has been going on financially... trust me, if you dont pay less than msrp for an 09 you are a FOOL!

Just so you all know, if I had gotten the 8% military discount that was about to hit before the market crash and MBUSA changing their mind, I would have been out the door with all but PP and CF for $58,658... instead I walked with $62,162. Palladium, MM Package, Premium 2, Leather and an $82 AMSTO fee. Yes, I'm jealous, but his price isn't all that hard for me to believe. I want to see the sales reciept too, because I believe it!

I don't like to get into the calling BS on prices of cars, or really anything these days. Prices on big ticket items are dropping to record lows, so don't be surprised about prices such as that. How about we give him the benefit of the doubt and let him post his info?
Point in example, I got my R500 loaded (look on my sig) for 35K with a clear bra thrown in. Some people were speculating BS, but I posted the dealer, and all the details. On the original sticker the price was 62K, the car only had 11K miles on it. I was shocked, but jumped on it. The dealer even threw in an full inspection free by MB in Chicago. My wife loves it, it hauls like what!
BTW- IMO no one should be paying over MSRP on any car now. If the dealer won't back down, wait. Just because you have money doesn't mean you have to throw it to a dealer. Just wait until early next year, you will be kicking yourself for doing it.

$63,775 MSRP / $59,353 Invoice
58658/63775 = .92 (8% discount, no tax?)
His reported deal: (using your paint option)
$71,270 MSRP / $66,342 Invoice
61000/71720 = .85 (15% discount)
I don't see anyone getting 15% off, and having the dealer pay the 7% Miami-Dade sales tax (another $4270, totalling $14,720 discount or 20% total discount).

I love how jealous you really are, that you have to say such an imature thing yourself. I am 23 yrs old and have my own LLC what do you do for a living mr. big shot who apparently knows EVERYTHING... Its not my fault that you got ripped by your dealership or that you do not understand the art of negotiation... I couldnt care less whether you believe me or not, but it is what it is...

wow you really have difficulty understaning things, I was not implying that I got my price due to negotiation, you clearly misunderstood me. I was just saying maybe if you negotiated a little better your price wouldn’t have been so far off from mine

Obviously. All I can DaGS1800, is post up proof to silence the speculation. Sure it doesn't matter what he paid for the car, it's no money in anyone's pocket but his own. Just on GP to back up what you said.
If he got it for 61K, and post proof it's congrats. Outside of that with no proof, it will look suspect. Enough said.
