I just stomped the gas with no brake stall. That's how I should've launched last night at the track.

Man does that thing haul. Nothing sloppy of the line; just smooth, linear, pin you back in your seat acceleration. Looks like your ECU/TCU sync is the real deal.

With auto, I have always had better luck with just a hard stomp, especially if you have DR's

I couldn't have said it better myself. The pull is just liquid across the band, which is why I LOVE four valves.

That's the gameplan for the next trip to the track. No brake stalling just flashing the converter by stomping it.

MBenz certainly made a right decision going back to a 4V per cylinder configuration. A liquid powerband is the sign of a quality one.

I couldn't agree more.

Don't you just love how MB went from 4V NA to 3V NA then 3V FI, then back to 4V N/A (after BMW states MB can't make NA power, as they themselves go on to TT their 3.0L and 4.4L motors) and onto 4V FI ('11).

Lower displacement motors with forced induction will also be the future of AMG, as sadly, the days of the N/A 6.2L are limited in place for a 5L turbocharged variant. Bad for nostalgia, but the benefit will be more efficient power, and greater response to tuning, making it easier on you guys to deliver nice gains. I love seeing new tuners come out and offer products with proven results, challenging the household names. Once again, many compliments on some fantastic results.

The car literally pulls as hard now in 3rd gear as it did in 2nd when stock, same goes for 4th now and 3rd before. Crazy what just tuning can do to these things.
