TINT 20% DOES ANYONE KNOW IF HIGH PERFORMANCE FILM IS NEEDED?

TINT 20% DOES ANYONE KNOW IF HIGH PERFORMANCE FILM IS NEEDED?
I was advised by my Tint shop that the car might need HP film because of the Blue'ish Green on the C63 windows. The HP tint which is more money is suppose to even out the dark color. Has anyone know if this is needed for the C63, the tint shop hasn't seen the car as of yet but has done many tints on MB cars.

Sounds good... This is a High End shop and they said that alot of MB have colored tinted windows which has a color conflict when matching it up with a basic tint...I really donno, all I know is this place was highly recommended and looks like from talking to them that they do many MB.

I think they're just trying to upsell you. Whatever...I got the most expensive tint for my car ($360 Formula 1 I believe) just because I want the warranty and be sure it won't turn purple or bubble.
I think you'll be fine with any tint $150+

Sorry just having some fun, yeah they are trying to steal your money. My Tint shop tried that same sh_t on me. Get whatever one looks better to your eye, and yes have a warenty, as they ALL scratch sooner or later.

had no clue what he was talking about, but thats what he said
i have the regular ones, and they look great
all tho my windows didnt have any sort of factory tint on em
i dont know enough about the HP to tell you, but i guess the regular ones would be fine

Its basically if the regular tints work, then there is No need for the HP tints.
Its only if there is a color contast, as it was explained to me. I'll have the final say when I see it.... Thanks
