engine temp

Likely wont physically hurt the engine as long as you have oil but it is not cooling fast enough. oil temps should stabilize 100-113, my car hovers at 93-102
The operating temp in your car is killing HP

High Temps
That temperature doesn't sound too high for mashing on it during 35C OATs.
What temps are you seeing during normal driving, that is, if you can.

The 63 engines have additional oil coolers in the front gaurds with their own cooling fan. The cooling fan doesn't even come on until the oil temp reachs approx 130C (depending on model). Normal oil temps around town are 90-110C, continuos hard driving in hot weather can give 140C temps, I have seen 145C as a max temp in extreame driving/high ambient temps.
Some 63's have a air cooler in front of the radiator as well as the fan forced cooler, some have a water/oil heat exchanger with a booster pump (coolant) for high temps with the fan forced air cooler. The oil cooling systems for these engines are pretty over engineered.......I've yet to see one overheat either coolant, engine oil or trans oil!

I've put my car through a lot of abuse including back to back runs, and oil temps never exceeded 118 C. Under normal driving conditions, my oil temp is between 92 C to 102 C.
In my opinion, 129 C is too high. Something is not right, you should visit the dealership, and have it checked.
